Our Kula monthly membership is designed to help you stay pain-free and on top of any niggles.
Becoming a Kula member means your next holistic treatment is never more than a few weeks away.
It is free to join and you have a choice of treatment lengths to fit your time and budget. Join today to enjoy a regular treatment at a preferential rate. You will also benefit from a further discount on top-up sessions.
The Kula membership is open to everyone who has had a first visit in-person appointment.
It’s easy to join. Simply enquire at your next visit. We’ll agree and set your membership start date. Then you’re ready to go.
The Kula membership is for you if you feel you would benefit from a regular treatment.
Your Kula membership is automatically charged to your chosen payment card on the first day of each month.
No. The Kula membership is only available through Jane payments, billed direct to your chosen payment card.
Making your Kula appointment is the same as with other appointments. We can schedule your next appointment at the treatment room. Alternatively, you can book your session online. Just look for the Kula sessions.
No, your Kula session is only available once your monthly membership has been paid.
Yes. Simply open your confirmation email and follow the link to move your appointment.
The Kula payment is only redeemable again Kula sessions.
Sorry, no, Kula sessions are non-transferrable to friends and family members.
Yes. The Kula session is valid for 2 months from the date of payment.
There is no limit to the number of top-up Kula sessions you can book in each month.
No. The 12 month duration of your membership protects you against any price increases during that period.
No. Whilst you will have a monthly membership set up to run for 12 months, you can cancel anytime after your membership starts by giving 2 working days notice ahead of your next billing date.
Cancelling a Kula appointment will not cancel your membership.
