Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 December 2025
Your Health
It is important that you inform me of any significant past or present medical or psychological conditions, as these may affect your suitability for treatment or consultation, whether delivered in person or online.
If you are unsure or have any concerns, you should seek advice from your GP or consultant before booking. If you book further sessions, you must mention any significant health issues that arise, especially if you know or suspect that you may be pregnant or have any contagious or infectious condition.
Please do not attend in-person sessions while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Online Appointments
Online appointments are intended to provide assessment, education, guidance, and self-care support. They do not involve physical examination or hands-on treatment.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable and private environment, as well as a stable internet connection, for online sessions. While every effort is made to deliver a high standard of care online, outcomes may differ from in-person treatment.
Online sessions are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
Cancellation Policy
My aim is to give you the highest standard of service and to be ready at the time of your scheduled appointment, whether in person or online. To help maintain this standard for you and other clients, I respectfully request 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee as follows:
Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours: 50% of the full session fee
Non-attendance (in person or online): 100% of the full session fee
Please appreciate that when an appointment is cancelled without appropriate notice, I lose the opportunity to fill that time, resulting in lost and unrecoverable income. Thank you for your understanding.
Comfort, Safety & Respect
Please mention during the session if anything feels painful, uncomfortable, or if the session is not proceeding in a way that feels appropriate to you.
I reserve the right to terminate a session, without refund, in the event of abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour, whether the session is in person or online.
Scope of Practice
All services are provided within my professional scope as a musculoskeletal pain-care specialist. No diagnosis is made, and no guarantees of outcome are offered.
