Terms & Conditions

Your Health

It is important that you inform me of any significant past or present medical or psychological conditions as these may affect your suitability for treatment. If you are unsure or have any concerns you should seek advice from your GP or consultant. If you book further sessions you must mention any significant health issues that arise, especially if you know or the possibility exists that you may be pregnant or have any contagious or infectious condition. Please do not attend sessions while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cancellation Policy

Our aim is to give you the highest standard of service and to be ready at the time of your scheduled appointment. To help us to maintain this standard for you and other clients we respectfully request 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee as follows:

• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours: 50% of the full treatment price.
• Non arrival for your appointment: 100% of the full treatment price.

Please appreciate that when you cancel your appointment without appropriate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening resulting in lost and unretrievable income. Thank you for your agreement and understanding.

Comfort & Respect

Please mention during the session if anything feels painful or uncomfortable or if the treatment is not how you would like it. I reserve the right to terminate a session in the event of abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
